Friday- good solid warm up. Rower felt good. Seem fresh. Normal warm up with some extra hammie.

Warm up burpee to step over box felt good. 8 reps in under :40

Wed- long day 4:30 to 8PM.

Rowing and normal workout- 2k worth of rowing or more.

GHD- 5,10,20 reps did not feel that well on the back its sore.

Took the day off yesterday. Body was beat up a bit. Just did some stretching and went to see the movie First Man. Was cool. Going in tonight for a long session.
