so do they see any irregularity on the MRI at the previous site. It sounds like the previous site may be the issue. When it locked was there a loose piece of bone or pin floating in there?

If you mean that you have some arthritis in the knee, typically I recommend continuing to exercise in my patients as long as they don't do things that cause them to have significant pain or limp....

I can only comment on what I allow my patients to do and yes I let them get back to CrossFit and its exercises once they have achieved appropriate strength.
