3x20m slowly building to 3x60m is insane mileage?! I'm going to stick to 3x a week for as long as I can ... Then adjust down to 2x.

Just re-read this. I'm happy that the running won't interfere with the lifting, but will the lifting interefere with the running? The endurance is more of a priority at this stage.

That's interesting - I've always heard / read that the decline is actually better for chest strength / development, and not just due to the fact you can use more weight.

I do NOT retract my scapula...

Yeah - the only bench I do now is close grip. I just cant put up as much weight this way, and it feels less stable than delcine.

Also, what do you guys think about subbing decline for bench? I have no powerlifting aspirations and regular bench can bother my shoulder. If I get super strong on the decline will my pecs be "bottom...

I'm going to start GSLP tomorrow. I have the ebook and know what to do but have one main question.

I am also starting to run consistently, and as such will be doing 3x20m easy jogs weekly...

There was no official diagnosis, which is why I'm a little confused and asking here. None of the doctors really had a great understanding of it.

Was treated like rhabdo but may not have actually...

Yes. Most doctors have very limited experience with rhabdo, if any.

They have - I was in the ER yesterday. But I would guess there are quite a few strangers on this forum who have a better understanding of rhabdo than most doctors.

I have had a long layoff from working out and started back in the gym last week. on Thursday my trainer had me do some jumping pullups, along with other things, in an intense circuit style...
