Dead lifts trying to get a little endurance with them-
10-15 reps with them- 95,135, 235 did 30 reps with them 3 sets of 10 every :30. Then some sets...

How are those HSPU's coming along?

Plan for the open is to train hard leading up to it but treat it as fun. If I do well then I'll train hard for the MQ.. and so on.

Monday AM- delivered some products and swung by the gym.

8 1 min rows from 2:05 pace warming up to 1:35 pace. With 1 or so min rest between. I gotta hope that all of this rowing will pay off some...

Build to a heavy 5 rep thruster from the ground. Everything was heavy- 45-200#, 15# short of my pr.

Wed- rowed a total of 4k plus and did 25 min of easy/medium AAB.

AA meeting ate so much bad stuff. Going to get on diet Jan 1st.. funny.

Monday- warm up with Row and shoulder/hammie stretch.

Find heavy 3 rep front squat- 275# x3. Knees were ok. Lack of squatting shows. Used to do that for a 7 or 8 rep. But will get back.

Warm up with a little class stretching and games.

3 rounds of 4 min cal row and 4 min rest with 10 strict pull ups and 10 strict dips.
