be careful with your injury...i knew a guy who cracked his sternum benching--he bounced instead of pausing--he didn't recover fully and began working out too soon and really hurt himself...

it's good to hear others mention getting...

it's good to hear others mention getting nauseous, as that happens to me, too. anyone know why this occurs? i assume that it's due to the intensity of the exercise shocking the nervous...

actually--burpees are easier for me than 400s; i can knock them out, whereas 400s seem like a lot more...

Due to various logistical concerns I can't make it to the track to do my "Helen" workout on Monday (I'm two days behind the WOD schedule)...I'm planning on substituting three minutes of fast burpees...
