Due to a rib injury, I can't do any compound lifts for 4-6 weeks.

I usually do strength training 4 times a week, mostly centred around squats & deadlifts. All I can do now for 4-6 weeks is walking...

Thanks, Robert. That's exactly what I was doing up until now. But when I actively fire the glutes out of the hole, I feel them engage a lot more. I just don't know how to end the movement at the top...

Thanks, Matt. I finally got some straps and tried this. Didn't go heavy (5x10 @55%) but the straps seemed to help - kept me more upright. I recommend this to anyone who has upper-back rounding...
