First time deadlifting in months, got to say the clean and snatch pulls carry over very well. 220 moved a bit, so that's motivating for next time...

Burgener et CA m'ont beaucoup appris et inspiré pour mon entrainement en haltero. J'ai suivi CA pendant 2-3 mois de manière stricte il y'a de ça 3 ans maintenant, et ça m'avait permis d'énormément...
