Whoops! only 45# I did not enjoy it, and I am sore today. I think I probably could've done 50#, I will do at least that next time.

Its crazy isn't it?! I can do 60# push press like its so big deal, I add 2 pounds, yup only 2 pounds, to make it 62 and couldn't do it!!!! push presses are hard, you did a great job

Breakfast for me is a struggle. I still feel weird eating meat for b-fast (I've been trying though). And I can't handle eating eggs everyday, and beside "The Paleo Diet" says only 6 eggs a week. ...
