Im taking a break from gym and box for a month or so. Looking to do alot of cardio and body weight exercises. Trim down, been doing Wendler for about 6 months now. And im not to worried...

Im going to start doing these as I live right near the ocean we have about a 30-45% hill ranging from id guess 15-25 yards depending where you start? Also have a 20# vest? How many uphill...

Semi same topic...

Would any of you argue working on a fast 1 mile, is as or more beneficial than working on a 5k. Been in limbo with both but hadnt actually concentrated on one or the other.
