BIRTHDAY WOD!!!!! For my 23rd birthday, my box friends thru in a little something special. 23 reps of 23 differente exercises, it was absolutely brutal, but hey...HAPPY CROSSFIT...

The sturdy door option sounds feasible, what do you mean by straddling it?

Should I do the same amount of reps as the WOD suggests.

My question is quite simple, I plan on doing A LOT of sit ups for tomorrow's WOD, now I cant get a hold of an ab mat for tomorrow so what is your guys recommendation for the best...

Thanks for your suggestions, I guess my first steps would be implement a pull up pole (pretty basic) and measure a 400 M run. Besides that as you say all is up to imagination and 'Cindy' :rofl:.... ...
