20 Pull-ups
Rest 90 seconds

I only did 4 rounds and did 95lbs...

400 meter Walking lunge

I did this on a treadmill with occassional breaks, lol, in 13:52

This was a horribly painful WOD!!

Ok, I have been out of the pocket with this stuff for a while so I am starting back to keeping my log. Today I did:

Run 1600 meters
Rest 3 minutes
Run 1200 meters
Rest 2 minutes
Run 800 meters...

I did 6 rounds in 15 minutes. All 6 rounds I did 6 pullups, with one round of 7. My apartment gym center...

I used 50lb dumbbell's and used a modified handstand push-up
