Eat a ton of fat. I eat less than 8 blocks of carbs on an average day. Substitute 3 blocks of fat for every block of carbs that you don't eat, to replace the calories.

My opinion, skip the metal plates and just do bumpers. You can use bumpers for bench press, but not plates for olympic lifting. Rings would be a nice addition. The 1 pood KB is nice for beginner...
