Thanks John I didn't even think of just using rings for dips. Probably because I can't do them on the rings yet due to a previously broken rib. For some reason dips still hurt it 3 years later. Ahh...

For the first few workouts I was able to increase by 10lbs the next workout on each lift. Now I'm able to increase about 5 lbs per session. I hope I can keep making increases for a couple more weeks...
