Stay at home mom workouts/ when to eat

ok Crossfitters,
I'm new to Crossfit and a stay at home mom, I have small children and can't leave them obviously at home while I take a quick run outside... what would be the best regime to do at...

thanks for the encouragement Brenden. I am over weight, by about 25lbs, I can admit that, and I hate how my clothes sit on my body so I know I'm way overdue to do something about it. Mesomorph.....

thanks everyone.. Spinach is a fave.. of mine.. maybe I should have a shake, but I don't like the idea of "replacing" a meal, with actual food.
Can you get fat on protien shakes?

thanks everyone.. generally as a rule I don't look at the scale.. I don't even having one that works properly.. But I do know by just looking at myself in the mirror.. and they way my clothes fit.....
