Good evening,

I'll be pushing out with my unit to Camp Schwab at Okinawa, Japan. I saw there's a major Reebok Crossfit down in the mainland but I'll be out in the northern hinterlands of Okinawa....

DIY Floss Bands

For those on the budget:

Make your own floss bands with a single bicycle inner-tube. Generated will be 2 floss bands 2.5 feet long and about two inches wide.

So, like most things, inflammation is a good thing in moderation. I guess what hung me up was the visual. It's easy to see a twisted ankle as opposed to the slow death of homeostasis in the body. ...
