Re: Is this a muscle up?

He doesn't hit full extension on most of the movements in that video, but fair play to him, there's no way that I could clean that amount of weight! I've got the say though, I LOVE the side of his...

Re: Hardest workout you've ever done?

Haha I try not to scale the WOD's that I do so I can get the best results I can, unless it's something that I have trouble doing such as muscle ups (work in progress). During Murph though my baby...

Re: Vibrams: best type for CF?

I do all my lifts in my Vibrams, I love being in contact with the ground at all times, and being barefoot makes me feel more stable throughout the lifts. I am however looking at getting some shoes to...

I 100% buy into this, some very good comments made. Look after yourself mate, you only have one body, you need to look after it.

I did Murph with a vest, got through my 17th round of Cindy before I had to take it off, my arms couldn't take the press ups anymore! Made sure I had it back on for the final squats and run though! :)

Re: Vibrams: best type for CF?

I've had both the Vibram Fivefinger KSO and the TrekSports, I love the shoes, and I think the KSO are the best for looks. However, they're pretty useless for running outside after it's been raining...

Re: 2012 Adidas Olympic Shoe....

I've been bouldering a few times now, not really into climbing with ropes if I'm honest. I much prefer the freedom of bouldering. I must say though, I get a bit of soreness in my elbows, particularly...
