That's pretty much correct. My job is physical so it keeps me in a little bit of shape.

Then get ups with 60lb sand bag, max reps in 7 minutes. - 45

The run really surprised me, I was expecting around 30 minutes. I have ran more than 1/2 mile...

Again, because of my shoulder limitation, I had to drop the bar after every rep....

Males begin at 115lbs. *Ladies at 65lbs.
