Tag Heuer 2000 Classic. Stainless with a blue face. I've had it for twelve years or so, and love it. It's not overbearing or gaudy, fits my wrist perfectly and appears to be bombproof.

Dude, it won't if you don't let it. Cook a large variety of things. Just in proteins, you could have beef, lamb, chicken, turkey, salmon, tuna, tilapia, mahi, crab, lobster, shrimp, some wild game...
