go to Fitness Depot (several locations in T.O.) the weights have the handles built it to them $199 and no shipping . I have a set from Fitness Sourse in Pickering but they are not a nice.

I use plummers tape for grip. you can seal a leaky pipe with it. As you put it on you stretch it and the over lapping parts stick permanently together. It last for ever and provides great grip!

we Just had one of our biggest snowfalls of the year (about a foot and a half)

it don't take much skill. All parts are screwed together. no glue any one could do it.

Nice Heres a pic of the Glute Ham station I just made. I'm putting a thicker pad on the curved part . I found out the yoga pad kills when doing back raises!
