Also consider what medications you are taking. Many medical treatments of type two diabetes work by increasing insulin levels.

1. You are probably imaging things.

2. Take an oil with omega-3 fats only. You get enough omega-6 fats from your diet as it is, no sense in adding more.

His signature supports lipids as causative in obesity. Thats the logic that has cost us 50 years of misinformation. I fail to see how it is not a question of evidence.

Could you comment on a gymnastics warm-up? they give us a 10-15 period to stretch prior. I'm not a huge fan of static stretching in a warm-up but don't really know what to do to warm-up for...

The magic is in The Zone diet and intensity. If you aren't getting bigger eat more and get stronger. I went from 201 in February to 212 now in early July. Just good eating.

Try this for a few months...
