Yucca, plantains. Dense in small portions. High in good carbs. I hit yucca and or plantains up PWO and are very yummy if prepared right. Along the same lines as sweet pots.

Yucca and Plaintains are my go to. Very dense little suckers.

8oz of boild Yucca is about 350 cals & roughly 60g of CHO. Plantains are of similar nutritional value just needs to be prepared...

Yeah, those are my boys. Been training with Donivan, one of the coaches/owners, for years and Jonny is just one of the best dudes out there to train with as well. Im not currently living in SoFLA...

750 meters
20 pull ups
15 box jumps @ 24 inch
10 ring dips :yikes:
