But did they actually confiscate your grill? I understand they have a right to not allow you to use it but to take your personal property is garbage.

I know how he feels. My apartment complex no longer allows the use of grills because it is considered a fire hazard and their insurance won't cover it anymore so they took our privileges away.

You also might consider a steamer believe it or not.

I just steamed chicken in my steamer yesterday and it worked beautifully. Also works well with Fish and vegetables of course.

Another way is to checkout http://www.zoneliving.com and under "zone tools" choose body fat calculator.

That is also the official website of Zone and can provide you with a ton of information...

Eating whole grain breads is not a bad idea really just as long as they are that, whole grain.

I to struggle with eating that many veggies. I can eat that many but then my cupboard and fridge are...

The only reason I ask is I like doing equal meal sizing.

Used to do that when I was on a straight 6 meal per day diet a few years ago.

So I would say the answer is yes.

Hey I'm new around these parts and just started the zone diet and have a question.

First I guestimated my block total per day to be around 17 or so.

The chart shows I should do Three 5 block...
