tiny lap counter?

Been doing intervals but I having a hard time remembering how many I've done in a session. Wondering if there are any mechanical or electrical counters or other memory aids to keep track of sets...

Any pointers to a ground up plan....just had 2 level cervical fusion c5-7. Will be 2 more months til I can run or have any jarring motion. Doc uses adult stem cell matter in between the vertebrae,...

Or any program with a series of situps and FIXED rest periods in between, not exceeding 30 seconds of rest.

where precisely is the pain? perhaps a hiatel hernia (stomach gets herniated..and part of it rides above the diaphragm, essentially slipping upwards). Can happen given the right physical forces.
