Thanks for all the information - I really like the 10% cheat idea...definitely makes it seem psychologically less overwhelming (especially just starting).

Thanks for all the great replies gentlemen. I'm going to digest some of these websites and that 5 on 2 off model from the CFJ is definitely helpful. I think we'll rock the WODS in a plug-n-play...

Yeah I've been bending my knees to catch it. Well let me say, I know to do that, and as was stated here before, I am generally very fatigued so I might not be doing it enough or at the right moment...

Did the WOD today and had a heck of a time with the push jerks. I PR'd in the shoulder press and did respectable weight for push press (for me anyways).
