Ouch. That was fun but tough. The run and row took almost the whole minute.

Iím back!

Got into cycling and triathlons. Now Iím doing a hybrid cycling and Crossfit workout. Down to 175 lbs (was 199 then 167 thanks to Keto). Time to get moving. 3 will be here soon!
