Some...

Re: Need help, heavy lifts destroying my house

I kind of agree with this.

If you workout with bumpers on a platform on a concrete base, vibrations should not crack your second story walls...

Anyway I hope you find a good solution, home gyms...

Re: Question of York B&R bar end-cap design

Re: Question of York B&R bar end-cap design

Hi Jerm thanks for your replies - I dont do Olympic lifting, or even own bumpers. The plates I have are the grey metal Ivankos.

My use of the bar is for powerlifting, so for the same use as a...

Re: Question of York B&R bar end-cap design

Thanks for the reply Jeremy, that's interesting.

You would think that a smooth sleeve at the end would be ideal...plates just slide on and off, no little cap would even be needed, unless I'm...

Question of York B&R bar end-cap design

Im interested in the York B&R bar - its in my top 1 or 2 choices as I decide on a new bar.

In regards to the end-cap design, does anyone have any issues with this?

I was just wondering if chalk...

Re: Anyone know the brand of the power rack .....

Elite Fitness Systems has a 30" inside rack. Its called 2x2.
Or they have a 3x3 version.

Legend makes a rack almost identical.

I agree the red racks are really nice looking.

Re: anyone have old C2 monitor not using

Check ebay or the rowing boards to find a used one for sale.

I doubt anyone has "one they don't need" just sitting around.

Re: Rogue R-3 West Side Rack v.s. R-4 Power Rack?

Hi Bill, its really good when the owner comes to sites to talk, thanks.

May I ask why the R3 is 24" inside and not a bit deeper? Is there a reason why you picked that instead of 30" inside or...

Re: Great fix to a cold pull up bar!

I dont know what your pull-up bar looks like but you could get it coated with a texture like a powder coat, or other similar way to get texture on it.

Re: Rogue R-3 West Side Rack v.s. R-4 Power Rack?

Re: Rogue R-3 West Side Rack v.s. R-4 Power Rack?

Because that's not a power rack, there are no spotter pins on it.

If you lift heavy or want to lift safe you need a rack with pins. Stands arent the same, regardless of how much people here love...
