Does anyone know if having the LVL 2 Prep course will qualify for taking the LVL 3 test? Or would a person have to take the new LVL 2 course?

Im know they do more than basic programming. I don't think they just do a wod everyday that is constantly varied and call it good. I think an olympic lifting template or a strength template with two...

It doesn't matter if 95% of affiliates do or not. Games athletes do follow these programs and they are crossfit programs. And I don't know how you would know that 95% of affiliates don't follow that...

I would argue games athletes do follow crossfit programming. Just look at Invictus, outlaw, or competitors wod programming

Does the clock have to be in a video?

Does the clock have to be seen in the video or can the judge be in the video holding a stop watch? Its hard to have more than two athletes go at one time and keep the clock in the video

why exactly does a muscle up not count if the feet go above the rings?

Why is a muscle up no repped if the feet go above the rings? Is it a safety issue? Does it make it to easy? Is that a bad thing to teach someone trying to learn a muscle up? Thanks

I have power snatched 225, but when I try to receive even 195 in the bottom of the squat I collapse. However, I can OHS 215. However, I can hang snatch 195 and receive it in the bottom of the squat....
