first set at 175 to warm up, then 7 sets at 195

snatch doubles - 2 sets at 75%, 3 at 80%

oof, it's been a while.

spent the first two weeks of may in spain. ran a total of MAYBE 5 miles while there, did a good amount of walking, but mostly did nothing more strenuous than eat cured...
