One difference in CF judging is that one person judges another ONE person. In other comps, it is the same panel of judges scoring one individual at a time or refereeing two teams.

Hard boiled eggs. Cook 18 of them on Sunday and peel all of them. Put them in a paper towel-lined tupperware and eat 2-3 per morning along with a banana and a slice of whole wheat bread.

In-between each set of barbell rows, I did 3 power clean & jerk with 165 to work on form.

The formula I use for calorie tracking is:

[(Body Weight * 10) * 1.2] + {Calories working out} = Calories burned per day

You'll have to estimate what you burn doing Crossfit and add that in to...

A good whey protein will have most of the BCAAs you need. I get most benefit out of a pre-workout/post workout stack (like MuscleTech Neurocore/Myobuild) rather than from a straight BCAA supp.
