Dead lifted 335 lbs last night new pr for me, especially since last winter I could barely shovel snow because my back hurt so much. I think I could have done another 10 lbs but my grip was failing....

They want me to run with 20 block for a few weeks and see how I do but I think I'm going to bump it to 22 since I think my issue is I am not getting enough food. But I'm just going to try to clean it...

Conqured randy today. managed it in 11:21 full 75lbs for 75 reps. Felt pretty good but my form sucked. But after doing lizzie yesterday and randy today my traps feel ready to explode.

Met with the trainer at the box yesterday we did body fat measurments with the calipers. I came in at a nice 31% body fat. that means I'm carrying about 90lbs in fat. Most of which is in my belly...

If I plug in veryactive for the calculator, I crossfit 5 days a week, Then it says I should be at 22 blocks. I wonder if this is my whole issue.

Yeah I'm only using the scale as one indicator since it can't account for muscle gain. The other one is pictures and how my clothes are fitting. There has been no real changes in those in the past 4...

The protein shake is largely because I eat breakfast after I hit the wod, no other reason. am I using the shake incorrectly maybe?

We did lucie today.
125 lb bar and dips on the GHD instead of 195 and ring dips. took 6:31. a little long but I at least made it through. My shoulders are already very sore 1 hour later.

I feel your pain, I too am in the same boat. I know I have a lot more fat to loose but for some reason it just isnt coming off the way I would like it to. So I'm trying my hardest to ignore the scale...

My standard meal for breakfast is post work out I getto the box at 5 am. So it's a protein drink half an apple and a block of almonds. I'm guessing that wouldn't be ideal for those days though.

It's now the begging of week 5. Finished nicole today with 4 rounds and 70 jumping pullups. By the time I got back from my 5th run time was up. It was also pouring down rain this morning at one point...
