Possibly. I'm starting a job in 2 weeks the will have me on my feet all day, so I'm trying to stay on my butt/back as much as possible between now and then. I really can't afford to have an injury...

I've hurt my foot somehow and need to cease all lower body work for the next few weeks. I want to focus completely on upper body while leaning out a bit, what are some exercises I can add in? Biking...

I started doing weighted chins on my press days a couple workouts ago after working my bodyweight chins up to a set of 8 and 7.

Today I did 2x5 w/ 7.5#. Is this enough stimulus to make progress?...

For future reference if anyone finds themselves with a similar question.

I went up 10# from 220 and cut myself off at 8 reps. First few reps were a breeze, last few started to be an effort. Enough...

Good advice w/ the 7-8 rep suggestion. I've been hitting a consistent 12 reps a workout even with 10# jumps but my form deteriorates after 9-10. I'd definitely like to dial back the volume a bit...
