Re: Gain Or Lose?

I definitely echo the idea of not trying to gain a ton of weight ad libitum given your prior level of body fat. I would suggest taking Chris's advice on the training and eat as much as you need to...

Re: right foot turning out more in squats/squat cleans, also right leg hurting while walking

Everyone is correct in there most likely being upstream things impacting this but improving your flat feel would be helpful as well. Do a search on youtube for "rebuilding the feet" its a short...

Re: Lose last few pounds? Diet critique please

Given the amount of success you are having with that # of cals and nutrient breakdown you could give nutrient timing a shot. Try eliminating all carbs from your diet before lunch 2, don't completely...

Re: Bad effects from GOMAD?

Have you been consistent on Zone proportions for a long time? After just 2 days of 6 or less hours of sleep you can become prediabetic, in this prediabetic state your cells will be more insulin...

Re: Back Tightness during WODs

If you have excessive lordosis, strengthening your hamstings will help as well. Think of releasing tension on the anterior side with the couch stretch and increasing tension on the posterior side...

Re: Quadricep Muscle Pain/Clear Shape Change

Re: Zone Quantity Check (16 Block)

Looks correct to me, the volume on the oatmeal is not very much. The cauliflower is only so high in volume because its caloric density is low. 16 blocks is not very much food. Here is my daily...

Re: Shin splints, knee pain from oly lifting and nerve pains in my arms - a walking list of injuries

I definitely agree with your doctor to use minimalist shoes but not during cross training, yet. As your feet get stronger and your symptoms subside you could add them back in. To try and rebuild...

Re: Shin splints, knee pain from oly lifting and nerve pains in my arms - a walking list of injuries

Heres what I would try in combination with everything you are already doing.
Legs: I think your feet might be tight and weak.
