Actually, I did it again today, came up with 22:53, and it was bad but on par with other CF workouts. It's hard to do a bodyweight clean and press when you're breathing hard. It's hard to breathe...

Sort of an "Inman Mile for mere mortals".

Clean and press bodyweight, drop to shoulders, walk a mile for time. Drop the bar if you need to, but if you drop it, you gotta pick it back up.
