I totally agree with the earlier advice re seeing a good chirpratic/physio/sports therapist.

I have chondromalacia in both knees (confirmed by MRI) and suffered for years back and forward to my GP...

We do the same thing Jeff suggests using small A5 sized white boards.

Office or classroom supply stores usually sell multipacks that work out pretty cheap - I've seen them at 10 for 15 in the UK....

Thanks Jeff - Yes pushups. I think it's the pushups that have done the damage as the deadlifts felt relatively comfortable even through the last set. Obviously a light weight given we were doing...
