There are several kettlebell Snatch variations. I personally do not like the Swing Snatch but prefer to Snatch straight up and down like a dumbbell Snatch.

I'll do 1 or 2 sets before each workout which equals 4-5 times per week. I never go heavy I just like to work the movement. I don't alternate arms for the Windmills.

Jerry has it.There are numerous instances where already big deadlifts have gone up by including Swings.

I think that the WSB guys use Swings for recovery also, as they do sled work.
