Zone Breakfast - Porridge

Guys,

Reading the book with a plan to start fully into the Zone diet next month after a two week holiday.

Trying to get some recipes and starting with breakfast.

I eat porridge every morning...

One question though...how do I determine my blocks ? I guesstimate I am "large male" so 19 blocks but is there more to calculating...

Trying to sort out my diet. Really interested in giving the Zone diet a go. Should I buy the book(s) ? Should I just use CFJ 21 ?

Any advice on what I need to read, links etc... much...

I am planning to run 16 miles tomorrow to kick things off. It will be the first run in a series of six long runs. I expect it to be tough but would hope to complete injury free :)

Maybe I'll drop the MEBB until the marathon and go with 3 runs instead mixed with 3xCrossfit.
