If you cook a bunch of food on the weekends, buy a cooler and put an ice pack in the bottom, have your chicken, veggies, fats, fruit, liquids in there and keep it in your back seat.

stop trying to calculate the calories on the zone. it's not meant for that.

if you add the fat and cut the carbs, it is still a 5 block meal.
