My argument is for workouts involving kipping pull ups, not strict, not L pull ups etc.... the butterfly pull up is virtually the same as the kipping pull up, but allows you to not be held back by...

Im pretty much stuck where I am for fridge size, Its a 10x10 room with me and one other person, so its pretty cramped in here as is, and there arent any parks that i know of near by to cook things...
