Shame Cody Anderson didn't

Are there really no wildcards ? just straight...

Re: 2015 CrossFit Open, Regionals, and Games Thread

Fun final day ! happy with Ben Smith and the woman's winner

Each year people come from nowhere to be competitive in the games with only a 'year' of crossfitting

This shows one thing. Crossfit...

Re: 2015 CrossFit Open, Regionals, and Games Thread

Swimming events inherently put the black athletes on the back foot, not fair (and no this isn't racist, even they admit they aren't the best swimmers)

Last time swimming was in the Crossfit games,...

Re: 2015 CrossFit Open, Regionals, and Games Thread

Re: Is Rich Froning the next Lance Armstrong?

The problem is Chris, you cannot separate the appearance aspect from this particular debate

But it's the appearance of un natural amounts of lean muscle mass on a female athlete, not that they are...

Re: Is Rich Froning the next Lance Armstrong?

This is NOT about appearance and what we may or may not find attractive

This is about women in crossfit showing un natural muscularity levels (and bodyfat levels) which are not easily achievable...

Re: Is Rich Froning the next Lance Armstrong?

I really don't like athletes being accused, even passively without any real evidence, it's not fair

If a series of drug cheats does come to light over the next few years, it will cast a shadow...

Re: 2015 CrossFit Open, Regionals, and Games Thread

For the athletes from africa, asia and latin america, does crossfit give anyone travel subsidies ?

Pretty expensive otherwise for those athletes to get to their regionals !

overall though, i...

Re: 2015 CrossFit Open, Regionals, and Games Thread

Sam Briggs did qualify for Regionals didn't she ?

Re: 2015 CrossFit Open, Regionals, and Games Thread

Just been looking over the Open results

Each year there are more and more competitors but more and more questionable results

And this does affect the top athletes

Crossfit are absolutely...

Latest match was also very close and exciting ! (LA v Phoenix)

Yeah the judging review needs tweaking.

The action is so fast and furious, no way there won't be errors in judging decisions. In...

Re: Have we all seen this yet?

I know all sports suffer from this, but when one team really gets into the lead with GRID, it does really kill the viewing experience because you know there are only so many points left up from grabs...
