I agree. Judging nightmare for sure! :mad: I do like the difficulty the new burpee standard brings but still leaves room for people to "cheat" or make the movement less hard. Do the feet need to stay...

I couldnt agree more! I wore a belt and even after looking at my video I kept good form but I still am sore! Great Job! My goal was to reach 315 deads even if I couldnt do any of them at that point...

Before I started this WOD I did 15 rebound box jumps and 15 step-up / Jump downs and my step ups where actually faster and took much less energy....so I went with the approach that I would step up...

Ice baths or cold water directly after seemed to help me the most. Like shocking my body back tight again.
