You can also check-out bodyweightculture.com, they have some decent info. I've looked at some of their videos, but I'm not too sure how w/f safe it is so be careful.

Aaron-

I got mine for free from a public works department. It costs them $$$ to dispose of the tire, plus they have to cut it in half to dispose of the tire. So, win/ win in both money and time...

BJJ and workouts occur on separate days for me. I've tried them both, workouts in the morning, BJJ at night, and just can't handle it. Both start to suffer.
