1 week into 100% Paleo. I feel pretty good, I have much more energy for WODs. The only difference that I have noticed is that I get very sleepy during the day. I am talking can't keep my eyes open...

No rings, had to substitute 120 dips and 120 assisted pullups.

I had to break up the dips and assisted pullups.

Paleo has been hard because I love ice cream and pizza. :) I also live with someone who is obese and on no diet whatsover. I love starchy carbs but they do not love me. I get bloated and sleepy...
