Alright! !!! Today i officially felt weak as hell. I finished last in a wod that looked easy when i read it. But boy did it kick my ***.

Sorry no posting, i had a crazy week. But friday my box did the open workout and omg i wanna shake those girls hands who did that crap in 7:00.
My coach said if it felt like it was gonna be awhile...

Big monday workout! More deadlifts. This time moved up alittle.
7 sets of 1 ... started with the 315 then last 2 setsbdid 365 and 405. Felt easy, i willmgo heavier next time.

So yesterday my box did the open workout for the wod. Sense im not comfortable getting those hspu i did the scaled version (the scaled is 115 clean, 95 push press 10 reps of each 8 min amrap)

Today was another deadlift day. They are running some deadlift program. I kept it light with the same weight (315)
this time though it was 9X1 super setted with 6 pullups.

Ok, today was "an stuff" day. Doing the hatch program for squats along with my 3X week at crossfit.
It was tough, and i yelled haha.

Well, worked out early...

Strength portion was 7X1 deadlifts (same weight across) decided to go sorta light sense its the first time deadlifting sense my surgery.
315 lbs
super setted...

The box is great.. id be there all day if i wasnt a dad of 5, husband and worked graveyard. The 3X a week is perfect for me because i go after work (i get off at 5:30)

Well, i did my first one on one session with a coach and she awesome. Taught me how to do a proer snatch. It took me a few tries, but she was great and patient while i kept screwing up.

yes I know, but the 5 lb thing is still huge. Anyone who lifts for strength knows. If the lifter is just starting out that will work for a few months but still, he will stagnate fast.

Well thats saying he will gain 240 lbs to his bench in a year... the 5 pounds a week thing is to high imo... i would say maybe 5 lbs a month..
