correct me by all means, but at the end of the day squatting driving the knees out, rotate the floor, what have you is what he needs ... what he is working on is part of his problem not part of his...

well the bad news is that you need to lay off the heavy squats as you currently do them, as each workout, I am guessing it is slowly getting worse

always judge your pain from injury by the warm up...

I think pec injuries are common, but Triceps do happen.

Pacifico had his heart attack when they were wheeling him into surgery for triceps repair..

and if you are ever going to have a heart...

its your bodyweight..or rather the reduction in your body mass

a change in mass changes your leverage and your squats LBBS or HBBS sitting parrallel, should move even if your strength stays the...

David, I have actually seen a tear, the guy was a Mr State, doing a few Pl comps, and would deadlift with slightly bent arms. Watched as his bicep crept up his arm.

so that no one reads this stuff and believes it, biceps curls and deads don't mix...

not saying there are not some very good deadlifters out there like Gillingham who may do some curls but...

over the last ten years I have lifted twice a day often..

The make up of the days vary but usually total three hours split up 1 + 2 or 1.50 x2 ..or 2 +1

I can squat very hard in the morning...

I woud squat on Saturday, and do some form of dead Sunday..

go too hard on deads Saturday and back gives out squatting on Sunday, may ruin your week..

most back injuries are caused by back...

For the squat he uses two 16lb hammers. The diff with them is that the weight is at the end of the movement...
