I agree with you that the bashing of LSD has gotten out of hand. It has its place, even for people who aren't training for long distance endurance events. While HIIT is all the rage these days, too...

I don't mind your asking that question at all. Are the weights taxing? Eh, not especially. The lower body stuff not really at all. The upper body lifts, once in a while, get a bit tough....
