Dorms are tough...to be honest there isn't a ton you can do about it until you get your own appartment. Stick to salad bars and whatever meat they offer. It's not going to be the best quality...but...

Pulled Muscles

What I thought was a pinched nerve in my hip area is actually a pulled muscle. According to my chiropractor it is my TFL. What really aggravates it is the impact from running.

My questions are...

A nearby apartment building actually burned town due to a 20 gallon propane tank reacting to the sun and blowing up. So they searched every deck in my apartment complex and now no one has grills...as...

Timothy, I've tried the George Forman grills. They just don't work like they say they do.

I like the idea of the wok. That might be a good investment.

My mistake on yeseterdays post. It is supposed to...

My mistake on yeseterdays post. It is supposed to be 3x10 weighed Pushups instead of Pullups. I woudn't have been able to add a single pound on to my pullups after that Air Fran.
