Pretty poor time, the burpees slowed me down quite a bit, had to break up the sets quite a bit for the last 2 rounds. ...

Thursday 8-5-10

Had some things to do after work yesterday so I couldn't make it to the gym. My lats are still pretty sore today from Tuesdays workout, I definitely needed to eat more yesterday....

Also, remember that the only way you will get good at crossfit movements is by doing them. If you need to just scale down the weight and/or reps to a range that you can finish, and work your way up...

Since I am not too familiar with a lot of the movements in crossfit so i think I'm going to work on the main barbell lifts at first (DL, BS, SP, etc), then start to work in some Oly...

Yeah I'm definitely going to ramp up the weights, because having some weight on the bar will help me see where my form is lacking.
