Props to you for starting to box squat, it's a great movement.

The forms good, but I just want to remind you that the purpose of the box squat is to focus the posterior chain (glutes and hams)...

Ditching the ketchup will be tough, but something I gotta do.

For the workouts, I do one of the sections every other day. Possible overtraining, but I haven't felt the symptoms yet.

Yea, I do eat ketchup with a lot of things and I have been splurging on junk lately...probably due to dietary freedom. I do well with restrictions.

That should be ideal, but I want to lean out as well as gain strength. Maybe I can't have my cake and eat it to be all cliche, but I wanna drop the pudge around my stomach.

I don't use fitday, but I do log my calories on a program, cron-o-meter.
