just get some sand paper or steel wool....heavy grit....and sand it off. Then buy some rustoleum mat finish and spray the area. That is what I did.

Or you could be lazy and just spray rustoleum...

Try Fitness Resource. They are scattered around here. The 35 lbs one is around 70 bucks. You can get them off of ebay for 60 bucks shipped if you look though.

cheap rubber basketball, slit a hole in it, fill with a 20lbs bag of sand with funnel, tire plug kit to plug hole, duct tape entire ball. Boom, instant 10 dollar medicine ball.

Biceps grow as your other muscle groups connected grow. Make sure you are not neglecting them. You must work you shoulders, forearms and triceps as well to have muslce growth. Just isolating you...
