Alex will ponder this one. I think that I went too fast out of the gate. Getting only 8 reps in 90 seconds was super slow. Getting 23 reps in the first min might have caused some of this.

Tuesday- At the office- stretching the leg. GHD sit ups 2 sets 25, 40 not too bad went fast.

In the gym- really did not feel like going in but did some cardio-

I wonder if Matt F will have some closer competitions? Maybe Castro will program a really tall person's workouts. I don't know if that will slow him down anyway. Canada is the up and going country...

I don't think that the main players will pull a Murph. Backing off can be a good strategy; but no too much laying off.

Friday- did 20-30 glute ham raises and some echo bike during the day. Hip circle a bit.

PM- normal warm up and some rowing.

Work to a heavy dl- 45-425# not the best day.

Thursday- AM- collected 200 cal on the Echo and 100 ghd. Its hard to do a 20 cal effort and then get on the phone and sell product. Heavy breather for sure.
